GRADE REVIEW
The Grade Review is your opportunity to submit a video of your class to an LMNZ Assessor to receive your grades in each Key Element, your level to recognise where you are right now!
From here, they will help identify your strengths and areas that YOU want to grow and develop to help level up your mastery as an instructor for Les Mills. They have been trained to help coach you through what steps you can take and how to bring your best self to your classes as an instructor.
