Our National Trainers facilitate the online and live initial training modules that create new trainee instructors for our market in Aotearoa. They also facilitate advanced training and education sessions that help to grow and develop the skills of our broader instructor team.

National Trainers have a wealth of experience in the industry and their programs. They can create life-changing learning experiences for new trainees and help coach our current instructors to find their next level.
Experts in their craft, they will help the trainees understand the fundamentals of the program they are attending training in, inspire them to be brave and step forward as leaders in their teams, clubs and communities.

LMNZ NATIONAL ASSESSORS
Our LMNZ National Assessor Team ensure that trainee instructors are assessed based on international standards using the LMI qualifications system. They also perform grade review for current instructors, helping to review their current teaching level and guide them to their next step with coaching conversations.
WHAT DO THEY DO?
They review certification submissions and award a pass with associated level or re-submit if needed. Assessors are also trained to help shift current instructors to greater success through coaching sessions that are part of the grade review.
All feedback is based on the Les Mills International global standards and the team is supported by Head Assessor Sarah Robinson and through our national office to be the best assessors they can be!

Our National Presenters deliver inspirational, elite level masterclasses at the LES MILLS UNITED LIVE and Groundworks events. They also support the broader instructor team across Aotearoa through live tuition sessions and online webinars.
WHAT DO THEY DO?
National Presenters represent the highest level in their respective programs and are a diverse group of individuals that strive to create life changing masterclass experiences in our events. They create magic experiences through epic delivery of the 5 key elements in a seamless performance that brings the very best of the music, exercise and participants alive.
They travel across the country and help to create a vibe at the live events that are unmissable! They are tasked, along with the National Trainers and Assessors, with ensuring that everyone feels included and supported at our events - uniting LMNZ and licensed clubs to further strengthen the relationships around the motu.
